Terms of Use

These terms apply to the free daily site at worldstillhere.com and to both paid products: WSH-30: The Calm Household Continuity Protocol ($39 USD one time, used in your browser) and WSH30 QuickStart — Your 30-Minute Household Readiness Plan ($12 USD one time, a downloadable 22-page PDF workbook plus a standalone Household Action Card PDF). They are separate purchases; buying one does not include the other. By using any of them, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

WSH-30 and WSH30 QuickStart are educational organization and planning tools. They help a household write down what it already knows and fill obvious gaps. QuickStart is a printable workbook you fill in yourself; WSH-30 is a longer browser-based program. Neither does anything on your behalf.

• It is not an emergency service.
• It is not a government warning system and is not affiliated with any government agency.
• It is not medical, legal, financial, engineering, or professional emergency advice. Nothing in it substitutes for a qualified professional.
• Neither product assesses your actual risk, and neither guarantees your safety, the safety of anyone else, or any outcome. Scores, checklists, and readiness indicators reflect only the answers you supply.
• Conditions vary enormously by location, building, household, season, and event type. Guidance that is sensible in one place may be wrong in another.

During an actual emergency, follow the instructions of your local authorities and contact emergency services where appropriate. Do not consult this app instead of them.

Links to official external resources (agencies, utilities, helplines) are provided for convenience. Those resources are not controlled by us and may move, change, or become inaccurate. Verify anything critical at the source.

In WSH-30, your household plan answers, mission progress, and notes are stored locally on your device in browser storage. They are not uploaded to us.

This means clearing your browser storage, using private browsing, switching browsers or devices, or having storage evicted by the operating system may erase your progress permanently. We cannot recover it.

Exported backup files are yours to keep and yours to look after. You are responsible for storing them somewhere safe, and for the fact that anyone with the file can read its contents.

QuickStart is different: it is a pair of PDF files you download. Anything you write on them stays on your paper or in whatever app you opened them with. We never receive the contents, and there is nothing for us to store, back up, or recover.

Your account email address and your purchase entitlements are stored on our servers, because that is how sign-in and access restoration work. Details in the privacy policy.

WSH-30 is a one-time purchase of $39 USD. WSH30 QuickStart is a separate one-time purchase of $12 USD. Both are one-off charges — there is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

QuickStart is delivered as a download immediately after payment. Sign in with the same email address to fetch fresh copies later; download links are time-limited and re-issued on request for as long as your purchase is active.

Access is tied to the email address you sign in with. We intend to keep the product available to purchasers for as long as we operate it, and we will give at least 90 days' notice by email before withdrawing access or shutting the product down. We do not use the word "lifetime", because we cannot honestly promise it.

Content updates are made at our discretion and are included at no extra charge while your access is active. We do not promise a specific update schedule or that any particular feature will ship.

Because your plan data lives on your device and can be exported at any time, you can keep a copy of your own work even if the service ends. Export before you need to.

Do not resell, redistribute, or republish our content, share your access with people outside your household, attempt to break or probe the site's security, or scrape it at volume.

The written content, design, and code are ours. Buying WSH-30 or WSH30 QuickStart gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it within your own household.

For QuickStart specifically: you may print and reprint the workbook and the Household Action Card as many times as your household needs, store your own copies, and fill them in by hand. You may not upload, post, email onward, bundle, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the PDFs — or reproduce them for another household, an organization, a class, or a client.

The site and the product are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or cost arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything here — including lost local data and including decisions made during an emergency.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
