Digital Product Refund Policy
We sell two one-time digital products: WSH-30 ($39 USD), the browser-based continuity program, and WSH30 QuickStart ($12 USD), the downloadable PDF workbook and Household Action Card. The same refund policy covers both. Here is exactly how it works.
7-day refund window
THE POLICYIf either product is not useful to you — WSH-30 or WSH30 QuickStart — email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request, and you do not have to prove you tried it. This applies equally to the $12 QuickStart download, even though the files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned".
One refund per customer per product. Repeat purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account or card may be declined.
How to request one
PROCEDUREEmail hello@worldstillhere.com from the address you used to sign in, with "refund" in the subject line. That is the whole process — no form, no exit survey, no retention call.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days after that; the timing at that stage is not something we control.
What happens to your access and data
AFTERWhen a refund is issued, the entitlement for that product is revoked. The two products are tracked separately, so refunding one does not affect the other.
WSH-30: the paid areas stop opening. Your household plan data is stored locally on your device, so a refund does not delete it — but you will lose the interface used to read and edit it. If you want to keep your work, export your backup and print your plan before requesting the refund. Exported files are yours to keep and yours to look after.
WSH30 QuickStart: the download page stops issuing links, so you can no longer fetch fresh copies of the workbook or the Household Action Card. Files you have already downloaded or printed are on your own device and paper; on refund we ask that you stop using them and delete your copies, and you may not keep, share, or resell them.
Your account email remains on file so the refund is recorded and so we can honour the one-refund limit. You can ask us to delete it afterwards — see the privacy policy.
Statutory rights
CONSUMER LAWThis policy is offered in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. If the law where you live gives you a stronger right to cancel or be refunded for digital content, that right applies.
