World Still Here? does not require accounts. There is no sign-up, no email collection, and no profile. Your daily check-ins and streaks are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers with a personal identifier.

We keep a small anonymous counter of aggregate check-ins per day so the site can display a rolling 24-hour total. No IP address, location, or device fingerprint is stored alongside it.

Standard server logs generated by our hosting provider may temporarily contain request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs for advertising or profiling.

WSH-30 is the paid household continuity planning tool. Everything you write in it — household answers, mission progress, and notes — is stored locally on your device in browser storage. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot read it.

The tradeoff is real: clearing your browser storage, using private browsing, switching device or browser, or having storage evicted by your operating system may erase your progress permanently. We have no copy to restore.

You can export a backup file at any time. Exported files are yours and are your responsibility — store them somewhere safe, and be aware that anyone who opens the file can read your plan.

QuickStart is a $12 one-time purchase of two PDF files — the 22-page workbook and the Household Action Card. You fill them in on paper or in your own PDF reader. We never receive what you write in them. There are no workbook answers, no plan contents, and no progress stored on our servers or in your browser for this product.

To sell and deliver it, we do use:

• Your email address, for passwordless sign-in, the purchase receipt, and support.
• A QuickStart purchase entitlement — a record that this address bought QuickStart, its status, and the date. It is stored separately from any WSH-30 entitlement, and it is what lets you re-download the files later on any device.
• A Stripe checkout reference, so the payment can be matched to the order and refunded if you ask.
• Temporary download links. The PDFs live in private storage; when you open the download page we mint short-lived signed links for your account. The links expire, and the files themselves are not public.

For customers of either paid product, we store:

• Your account email address, used for passwordless sign-in and for support. There is no password to store.
• Your purchase entitlements — a record of which products this address bought (WSH-30, WSH30 QuickStart, or both), each with its own status and date. This is what lets you restore access or re-download on a new device.
• A Stripe checkout reference so a payment can be matched to an order and refunded if asked.

We keep those records for as long as you have access, plus the period needed for tax and accounting. Email us from your account address to request deletion; deleting the record also ends access.
