Product Disclaimer
Read this before relying on anything here. It applies to the free daily site, to WSH-30, the paid household continuity tool, and to WSH30 QuickStart, the downloadable PDF workbook and Household Action Card.
The free site
WSH-01This is an internet culture project. It is not a prophecy, an emergency information service, a government warning system, or a risk forecast.
Both paid products are planning tools
WHAT THEY AREWSH-30 is an educational organization and planning tool. It gives a household a calm, ordered way to write down contacts, documents, routines, and small practical steps. That is the whole of it.
WSH30 QuickStart is the same idea in printed form: a 22-page workbook and a Household Action Card you fill in yourself in about half an hour. Everything below applies to it exactly as it applies to WSH-30. Completing the workbook is not a measure of how prepared you are, and it does not evaluate the hazards where you live.
They are useful in the same way a well-kept notebook is useful. Neither is a capability, a service, or a form of protection.
What it is not
EXPLICIT- Not an emergency service. It cannot summon help, alert anyone, or respond to an incident.
- Not a government warning system. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, civil-defence, or public-safety agency, and it does not relay official alerts.
- Not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, engineering, structural, or professional emergency advice. Consult qualified professionals for those questions.
- Not a risk assessment. Neither product measures the actual hazards facing you. Any score, percentage, checklist, or readiness label reflects only the answers you supply, and is a prompt for reflection — not a finding.
- Not a safety guarantee. Completing every mission — or filling in every page of the QuickStart workbook — does not make anyone safe, prepared, or protected, and guarantees no outcome of any kind.
Local conditions vary
CONTEXTGuidance is written in general terms for a broad audience. Appropriate action depends on your country, region, climate, building, utilities, household composition, health needs, and the specific event. Something reasonable in one context can be unsafe in another.
Where local official guidance conflicts with anything here, the local official guidance wins.
In an actual emergency
PRIORITYFollow the instructions of your local authorities and emergency services. Contact emergency services where appropriate. Do not spend time in this app instead.
This site is not monitored in real time and cannot be used to request assistance.
